DEPARTMENT OF HOSPITALITY AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES (HHCS)
The department is under the Production and Business Development Division. It has three sections-
- Healthcare,
- Housekeeping
- Catering.
In order to improve the level of Customer Satisfaction in the College the HHCS departmental role is to enhance the College's physical facilities for effective and efficient delivery, of services and products; and to contribute to food and nutrition security. The strategic objectives pursued by the Hospitality and Health Care Services Department are to;
- Coordinate the use of the College Hospitality facilities to generate revenue for the College.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of and implementation of the College Departmental work plans.
- Coordinate the operations of the College Health Care facility to ensure quality services to students.
- Coordinating the operations of a College cafeteria to boost the existing outsourced catering service
